Cheesy Turkey Melt Sandwich Recipe

½ lb. shredded turkey

½ pickled relish (chopped)

½ cup white onions (chopped)

2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)

1 tbsp. Igotchu All-purpose seasoning

Mayonnaise

Mustard

Sliced sourdough bread

Sliced cheese

How to make Turkey Melt Sandwich

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine these ingredients – shredded turkey, chopped celery, red bell pepper, pickled relish, white onions, and eggs. Mix well.
  1. Season it with Igotchu All-purpose seasoning.
  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of mustard to ¾ cups of mayonnaise. Then, pour it in the bowl. Stir and set aside.
  1. Spread mayonnaise on the sourdough and place it in a preheated pan.
