Delicious Turkey Salad-Stuffed Avocados

Turkey salad-stuffed avocados are a great low carb, high nutrient dish. It is also a refreshing recipe for using turkey or chicken leftovers.

Ingredients

2 pcs. avocado

½ lb. shredded turkey meat

½ cup celery (chopped)

½ cup red bell pepper (chopped)

½ cup pickled relish (chopped)

½ cup onion (chopped)

2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)

1 tbsp. Igotchu All-purpose seasoning

¾ mayonnaise

3 tbsp. mustard

black pepper

How to make Turkey Salad-Stuffed Avocados

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine these ingredients – shredded turkey, chopped celery, red bell pepper, pickled relish, white onions, and eggs. Mix well.
  1. Season it with Igotchu All-purpose seasoning.
  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of mustard to ¾ cups of mayonnaise. Then, pour it in the bowl. Add ground black pepper to taste. Stir and set aside.
  1. Prepare your avocados. Cut them in half and remove the seeds. Season them with Igotchu Himalayan Salt & Pepper to add more flavor.
Now, scoop a spoonful of turkey dressing and put it on top of each avocado slice. Serve and enjoy.
