Turkey salad-stuffed avocados are a great low carb, high nutrient dish. It is also a refreshing recipe for using turkey or chicken leftovers.

2 pcs. avocado
½ lb. shredded turkey meat
½ cup celery (chopped)
½ cup red bell pepper (chopped)
½ cup pickled relish (chopped)
½ cup onion (chopped)
2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
1 tbsp. Igotchu All-purpose seasoning
3 tbsp. mustard

How to make Turkey Salad-Stuffed Avocados
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine these ingredients – shredded turkey, chopped celery, red bell pepper, pickled relish, white onions, and eggs. Mix well.
- Season it with Igotchu All-purpose seasoning.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of mustard to ¾ cups of mayonnaise. Then, pour it in the bowl. Add ground black pepper to taste. Stir and set aside.
- Prepare your avocados. Cut them in half and remove the seeds. Season them with Igotchu Himalayan Salt & Pepper to add more flavor.
