Easy Collard Greens Recipe

Ingredients

3 pcs. smoked neck bone

4 bacon strips

2 lbs. collard greens

1 cup onion (chopped)

3 cloves garlic (chopped)

2 qt. water

2 tbsp. Igotchu Greens Seasoning

2 tbsp. Igotchu Himalayan Salt & Pepper

2 tbp. Igotchu No Salt Onion Garlic Pepper

How to make Collard Greens

  1. In a preheated pan, sauté chopped bacons, onions, and garlic.
  1. Add 2 quarts of water.
  1. Season it with Igotchu seasonings. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of each – Greens, Himalayan Salt & Pepper, and No Salt Onion Garlic Pepper. Stir.
  1. Put smoked neck bone. Let it simmer for about an hour.
  1. Add in 2 lbs. of chopped collard greens. Stir and let it come to a boil.
