Trout (fillet)

Butter (whipped)

Garlic (chopped)

Igotchu Seafood seasoning

Lemon juice

Fried:

Trout (fillet)

Flour

Cornmeal

Igotchu All-purpose seasoning

Lemon juice

Hot sauce

 

How to make Fried & Broiled Trout

  1. Prepare the broiled trout first. Combine whipped butter and chopped garlic. Stir and pour half of it on top of the fish.
  2. Season it with Igotchu Seafood seasoning. Then, broil in the 550° oven for a couple of minutes.
  3. For the fried trout, simply cover it with breading that consists of cornmeal, flour, and Igotchu All-purpose seasoning.
  4. Then, cook in a 330° deep fryer until crispy.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice on both.
