How to make Lemon Meringue Pie
- Prepare the lemon filling. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and egg yolks. Stir and set aside.
- Now for the meringue, simply combine egg whites, sugar, and vanilla flavoring. Stir using a hand mixer and set aside.
- Get the 1 Graham cracker pie shell. Pour the half lemon filling. Then, spread the meringue on top. Bake it in a 350° for 10 minutes.
