Quick & Easy Chili Recipe

This classic recipe is so quick and easy to make. It is loaded with ground beef, tomatoes, bell peppers, beans, and flavorful Igotchu seasonings. This is perfect for weeknights, parties, and other occasions.

Ingredients

2 lbs. lean ground beef

1 onion (chopped)

½ orange bell pepper (chopped)

4 cloves garlic (chopped)

1 cup beer

Igotchu Chili seasoning

Igotchu Garlic Lovers seasoning

8 oz. tomato sauce

8 oz. diced tomatoes

1 cup beans (optional)

How to make Chili

  1. In a preheated pot, sauté the lean ground beef. Cook until the juice from the meat comes out.
  1. Remove the grease from the pot. Then, add chopped onions. Stir until the onions become translucent in appearance.
  1. Add in chopped orange bell pepper, garlic, and a cup of any type of beer.
  1. Season it with Igotchu Chili and Igotchu Garlic Lovers seasonings.
  1. Pour tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Let it simmer for a couple of hours.
  1. Add beans if you like. Stir for a couple of minutes.
