Ingredients

1 pack yellow cake mix

1 can peach juice

3 eggs

3 tbsp. sour cream

1 tsp. real vanilla flavor

1 cup chopped peaches

1 cup brown sugar

Igotchu Peach Cobbler Seasoning

Sliced peaches

Salted butter

How to make Peach Cobbler Cake

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add yellow cake mix, peach juice, eggs, and sour cream. Mix them all together. Then, mix in 1 teaspoon of Igotchu Peach Cobbler seasoning and 1 teaspoon real vanilla flavor.
  1. Now, add in 1 cup of chopped peaches into the cake batter. Stir and set aside.
  1. In a saucepan, melt 1 stick of salted butter. Put 1 teaspoon of Peach Cobbler seasoning and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar is caramelized. Set aside.
  1. Get a Bundt pan and spray it with non-stick spray. Pour ¼ cup of melted salted butter and ½ of the caramelized mixture. Then, place the sliced peaches around.
  1. Add the cake batter. Spread it evenly into the pan.
