Red Beans & Rice with Sausage Recipe

Onion (chopped)

Celery (chopped)

Bell pepper (chopped)

Parsley (chopped)

Garlic (chopped)

Smoked sausage

Bacon

Chicken stock

Cooked Rice

Dark kidney beans

Igotchu Cajun seasoning

Igotchu Greens seasoning

Igotchu Creole seasoning

 

How to make Red Beans & Rice with Sausage

  1. Cook the bacon. Then, add in and sauté the onions, celery, bell peppers, and garlic.
  1. Mix in the sausage. Season with Igotchu Cajun, Greens, and Creole seasonings. Stir and let it cook for a few minutes.
  1. Mash the red kidney beans. Then, pour it into the pot. Let it come to a simmer.
  1. Add chicken stock and parsley. Let it simmer again for a couple of minutes.
