Ingredients

Chicken wings

Igotchu All-purpose seasoning

Sauce:

BBQ sauce

Igotchu All-purpose seasoning

Igotchu Fried Chicken seasoning

Parmesan cheese

Green onions (chopped)

Dip:

Mayonnaise

Igotchu Garlic Lovers seasoning

Igotchu Onion Garlic Pepper seasoning

Igotchu Onion Lovers seasoning

Lemon Juice

Parsley (chopped)

Blue Cheese

Buttermilk

Sour cream

 

How to make Dirty Bird Wings

  1. Season the chicken wings with Igotchu All-purpose. Then, cook them in the deep fryer for about 8 minutes.
  1. For the dip, simply combine mayonnaise, Igotchu seasonings, lemon juice, parsley, blue cheese, buttermilk, and sour cream in a medium-sized bowl. Stir and set aside.
  1. Check the chicken wings. Pull them out of the deep fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes. After that, fry them again for another 8 minutes.
  1. While waiting, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, Igotchu seasonings, parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions. Stir.
  1. Toss the chicken wings on the barbecue sauce. Make sure all of them are covered with sauce.
