Igotchu Seasonings Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holiday sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.
Shipping Time

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Available for all U.S. orders.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Carriers are automatically selected based on the fastest delivery time to your region.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed — additional shipping fees may apply.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product (if applicable).
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team.
After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
