Cheeseburgers
1 ½ lbs ground chuck
2 tsp Igotchu burger philly seasoning
½ T vegetable oil
4 slices of preferred cheese
4 hamburger buns
Toppings your choice
In a large bowl mix ground chuck with Igotchu burger philly seasoning and mix well. Divide beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 4 inches wide and ¾ inch thick. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium high heat with ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add patties to pan and cook for 4 minutes until browned and flip. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes longer until cooked through. Place cheese on top for the last 1 minute to melt. Spread buns lightly with butter and toast on a griddle. Remove and place on toasted buns and top with your favorite toppings
