My name is Polly and I am from a bustling city in Ireland called cork. The food and drink scene there is so diverse and multicultural and has always been a huge inspiration for me to make foods from all around the globe. Growing up I hated cooking because I had to cook for our family as my mum was very sick. Soon I discovered how simple herbs or spices really transformed an otherwise boring dish into something mouth watering and delicious .
