Chicken Tenders

2 lbs chicken tenders

1 ½ cups buttermilk

1 ¾ cup of all purpose flour

2 tsp Igotchu fried chicken seasoning

½ tsp Igotchu onion lovers seasoning

½ tsp Igotchu garlic lovers seasoning

⅛ tsp baking powder 

Place chicken tenders in a large bowl or gallon bag and cover with buttermilk and stir to combine. Cover or seal and refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours. Preheat oil to 350 degrees in the fryer or large heavy pan. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients flour, Igotchu fried chicken seasoning, igotchu onion lovers seasoning, Igotchu garlic lovers seasoning and baking powder. Stir to combine all dry ingredients. Dredge chicken tenders through dry mixture 1 at a time and place on a plate or cooking sheet. Cook chicken 5 pieces at a time for 8 minutes until golden brown and drain. Serve with your favorite sauce
