How to make Chicken Parmesan
- Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine eggs, garlic, parsley, and Igotchu seasonings – Onion Garlic Pepper, All-purpose, Onion Lovers, Garlic Lovers. Set aside.
- Get another bowl to prepare the breading. Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Igotchu seasonings – All-purpose, Italian, Onion Lovers.
- Now, dip the chicken breast into the egg mixture. Then, roll it over to the breading.
Deep fry the breaded chicken breasts until both sides turn golden brown. Set aside.
- Add salt in boiling water. Then, cook the pasta.
- While waiting for the pasta to cook, you can start making the sauce. Sauté chopped onions and pour in the Spaghetti sauce. Let it come to a boil.
- Place the cooked chicken breasts in a tray and put spaghetti sauce on top. Then, add up 3 slices of mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese on each. Bake them until they turn golden brown.
For the plating, just coat your pasta with spaghetti sauce and place the chicken parmesan on top of it. Then, sprinkle a bit of chopped parsley on top to add more color.
