 Lamb Chops

2 pounds lamb rib chops 8 count

5 garlic cloves minced

4 T olive oil 

2 T fresh parsley rough chopped or 2 tsp. dried parsley

2 tsp hot sauce , your choice

2 tsp Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper

1 tsp Igotchu garlic lovers

¼ tsp dried thyme

In a small bowl mix 2 teaspoons of Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of Igotchu garlic lovers. Season lamb chops on both sides with the mixed seasonings. 

In a very large skillet over medium high heat 4 Tablespoons of Olive oil until heated through. Add the seasoned lamb chops to the skillet along with 5 minced garlic cloves. Sear chops 3 minutes per side for medium. Transfer chops to plate. Add 2 teaspoons of hot sauce, parsley and dried thyme to pan and cook, scraping any brown pieces in skillet until sizzling for about 1 minute. Pour sauce over chops and serve.
