Neck Bones with Gravy
1 Lb pork neck bones
1 tsp Igotchu all purpose seasoning
1 T Igotchu onion lovers seasoning
1 T Igotchu garlic lovers seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper seasoning
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 - 3 strips of bacon
½ cup of all purpose flour
Rinse neck bones under cool water. Season meat with Igotchu all purpose seasoning, Igotchu onion lovers seasoning, Igotchu garlic lovers seasoning and igotchu himalayan salt and pepper. Place meat in a large stock pot and add chicken broth. Turn heat to high and bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium and cover pot. In skillet fry bacon until crisp, remove bacon reserving drippings in skillet with heat on. Sprinkle in all purpose stirring until browned. Add browned flour to the pot with neck bones stirring to incorporate. Cover, then let neck bones simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve!
