How to make Red Beans & Rice with Sausage
- Cook the bacon. Then, add in and sauté the onions, celery, bell peppers, and garlic.
- Mix in the sausage. Season with Igotchu Cajun, Greens, and Creole seasonings. Stir and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Mash the red kidney beans. Then, pour it into the pot. Let it come to a simmer.
- Add chicken stock and parsley. Let it simmer again for a couple of minutes.
