2 Bunches Broccolini, ends trimmed
1 Lemon Halved Crosswise and seeds removed
4 Cloves Garlic Smashed
3 to 4 T of Olive Oil
1 tsp Igotchu Himalayan Salt and Pepper
½ C Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thinly slice half the lemon into rounds and set other half to side. Toss lemon slices, garlic and broccolini with olive oil on rimmed baking sheet. Season with Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper and toss all to coat evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in center of oven and roast until broccolini is bright green and starting to char. Remove from oven and squeeze other half of lemon over all
