3 Turkey Wings
1 Small Onion Chopped
½ Stalk Celery Chopped Fine
½ Green Bell Pepper cleaned and chopped fine
1 C All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Igotchu Onion Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1 tsp Igotchu All Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp Igotchu Roasted Turkey, Chicken Seasoning
½ C Vegetable Oil
3 C Chicken Stock
1 T Browning Sauce such as kitchen bouquet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash, clean and dry turkey wings. Heat heavy skillet with ½ cup of vegetable oil over medium heat. Season turkey wings with ½ teaspoon Igotchu onion garlic pepper, ½ teaspoon Igotchu all-purpose and ½ teaspoon Igotchu roasted turkey and chicken seasonings. Place ½ cup of flour in medium bowl and toss seasoned turkey wings in flour. Place wings in hot oils and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Drain and place turkey wings in 9 x 13 baking dish. In medium bowl add ½ cup all-purpose flour. Whisk in chicken broth slowly. Add kitchen bouquet, ½ teaspoon Igotchu onion garlic pepper, ½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning and ½ teaspoon of roasted turkey chicken. Stir in chopped onion, celery and bell pepper. Pour mixture evenly over turkey wings and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour remove foil and bake for an additional ½ hour
