Award Winning Buffalo Chicken Wings
10 to 12 chicken wings
½ tsp Igotchu cajun creole seasoning
¼ cup butter
¼ cup hot sauce (preferred brand)
½ tsp Igotchu onion garlic pepper
Wash and clean chicken wings, place in a large glass pan and season well with Igotchu cajun creole seasoning. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large heavy pot to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl with a tight fitting lid, place hot sauce, ¼ th cup of butter sliced in small pieces, ½ teaspoon Igotchu onion garlic pepper and mix. Fry wings 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Drain and place in bowl while hot. Top with lid and shake to melt butter and coat chicken wings
