Chili
1 Lb. Ground Chuck
1 S Onion Chopped Fine
1 Stalk Celery Chopped Fine
½ Green Bell Pepper Chopped Fine
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 16 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes Undrained
1 16 oz. Can Kidney Beans Light or Dark Undrained
1 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
2 T Igotchu Chili Seasoning
1 tsp Himalayan Salt and Pepper
In large sauce pan over medium heat brown ground chuck wile breaking up with spoon as you cook. Add 1 chopped onion, celery chopped fine, chopped fine green pepper and minced garlic stirring to combine for 5 minutes. Add can diced tomatoes with juice, kidney beans with sauce, tomato sauce, Igotchu chili seasoning and himalayan salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and simmer covering with lid for 30 minutes
