Club Sandwich

3 Slices of Good Quality Bread

2 T Mayonnaise

½ C Green Leafy Lettuce

½ Tomato Sliced

¼ tsp Igotchu Himalayan Salt and Pepper

2 oz. Sliced Deli Ham

2 oz. Sliced Deli Turkey

2 Slices of Cooked Bacon

1 Slice Colby Jack Cheese, or Cheese of Choice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place foil or parchment on a baking pan with baking rack on top. Place bacon on baking rack on center of oven and bake 10 to 14 minutes until crisp, remove. Toast bread and cool for a few minutes to prevent lettuce from wilting. Spread all 3 pieces of cooled toast with mayonnaise on one side. Assemble sandwich. On 1 slice add lettuce and tomato and season tomato with Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper. Place 2nd piece of toast mayonnaise side down. Then add a little mayo to that top of piece. Next top with ham, turkey and cheese and top with last piece of toast mayonnaise side down. Place 4 tooth picks on all 4 corners of toast and cut into triangle.
