Instructions
Step 1: Make the Chocolate Filling
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, ½ cup heavy cream, Igotchu Seasonings Peach Cobbler, and salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the marshmallows are completely melted (about 2 minutes total).
Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the chocolate chips for garnish. Stir the remaining chocolate chips into the warm marshmallow mixture until completely melted and smooth.
Allow the mixture to cool until just barely warm, about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Whipped Cream
In a large mixing bowl, beat the remaining 2 cups of cold heavy cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
Reserve about 1 cup of the whipped cream for topping the finished pie.
Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture until smooth and fully combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Pie
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is fully set.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
Spread or pipe the reserved whipped cream over the chilled pie.
Sprinkle with the reserved chocolate chips and finish with a light dusting of Igotchu Seasonings Peach Cobbler for a warm, sweet flavor that pairs perfectly with the chocolate.
Slice and serve chilled.
Igotchu Tip
