Conch Fritters
¾ cup all purpose flour
1 L egg
½ cup milk
½ tsp Igotchu spicy onion garlic seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu all purpose seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu seafood seasoning
1 cup conch meat chopped
1 small onion chopped
½ green bell pepper
2 stalks of celery chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
Dipping sauce
2 T ketchup
2 T lime juice
1 T mayonnaise
1 T hot sauce
½ tsp Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper
Preheat oil in a deep fryer or a large heavy pot to 365 degrees.
In a large bowl mix flour, egg and milk. Season with Igotchu spicy onion garlic, Igotchu all purpose and igotchu seafood seasoning and mix well. Add conch meat, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped celery and chopped garlic mix well to combine all ingredients.
Drop batter by rounded tablespoon into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain.
