Corn Salad
2- 15.25 oz Cans of whole kernel corn drained
1 medium tomato diced
2 green onions sliced thin
¼ cup real bacon bits
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp Igotchu all purpose seasoning
¼ tsp Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper seasoning
Open and drain 2 cans of 15.25 ounce corn in a colander.
In medium bowl mix ½ cup of mayonnaise, ½ teaspoon of
Igotchu all purpose seasoning and ¼ teaspoon of Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper, mixing well. Add drained corn from the colander, diced tomato, sliced green onions and bacon bits. Toss to coat well and chill for at least 1 hour
