Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Grilled Chicken Caesar

2 Boneless Chicken Breasts

2 tsp. Igotchu Cajun Creole Seasoning

4 C Shredded Romaine Lettuce

½ Cucumber Peeled and Sliced

1 Bell Pepper Thinly Sliced (any color and seeds removed)

1 C Cherry Tomatoes Cut in Half

2 Green Onions Thinly Sliced

1 Avocado Sliced

2 Boiled Eggs Peeled and Chopped

½ C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Croutons

Caesar  Dressing

Wash, clean and trim boneless chicken breasts. Sprinkle and season each chicken breast with Igotchu Cajun Creole seasoning, set aside. Heat and oil grill, griddle or heavy frying pan over medium high heat. Place season chicken breasts on hot surface and cook 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and lower heat to medium and cook additional 5 minutes. Let cooked chicken rest on plate for 5 to 10 minutes. Place shredded romaine on 2 plates and top with cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, green onion, avocado, boiled eggs and shredded cheese.  Slice chicken and place on top of salad. Add Croutons and dressing of your choice
