BBQ sauce

Igotchu Onion Garlic Pepper seasoning

How to make Dirty Bird Wings
- Season the chicken wings with Igotchu All-purpose. Then, cook them in the deep fryer for about 8 minutes.
- For the dip, simply combine mayonnaise, Igotchu seasonings, lemon juice, parsley, blue cheese, buttermilk, and sour cream in a medium-sized bowl. Stir and set aside.
- Check the chicken wings. Pull them out of the deep fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes. After that, fry them again for another 8 minutes.
- While waiting, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, Igotchu seasonings, parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions. Stir.
- Toss the chicken wings on the barbecue sauce. Make sure all of them are covered with sauce.
Serve this dish with the dip made earlier. Enjoy.
