Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
24 stalks asparagus trimmed
12 slices bacon
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Igotchu vegetable greens seasoning
Wash and trim asparagus ends removing tough ends. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus tossing to coat on sheet pan. Season asparagus with 1 teaspoon of Igotchu vegetable greens seasoning and toss again.
Cut 12 slices of bacon down center in half to make 24 pieces. Wrap each stalk of asparagus starting at the bottom, twisting around the stalk tightly to the top.
Heat a deep fryer to 350 degrees. Place wrapped asparagus in a heated deep fryer for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and serve
