Beef Stew

1 Lb. Beef Stew Meat

2 T All Purpose Flour

2 T Vegetable Oil

3 ½ C Vegetable Juice Cocktail, V8

1 Onion Chopped

2 tsp. Instant Beef Bouillon Granules

2 Cloves Garlic Minced

1 tsp. Igotchu Italian Seasoning

1 tsp Igotchu All Purpose Seasoning

2 ¼ C Cubed Potatoes Peeled

2 C Carrots Sliced

1 C Celery Sliced

Place flour in plastic bag and add Beef cubes a few at a time to coat well. In large Dutch oven add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Add beef cubes half at a time and brown on all sides remove with slotted spoon and add more oil if needed to brown other half of beef cubes. Return all beef to Dutch oven. Add vegetable juice, onion, beef bouillon, minced garlic, Igotchu Italian seasoning, Igotchu all-purpose seasoning and stir to combine all. Bring Dutch oven to boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 1 hour stirring ever 15 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and celery. Stir well, cover and simmer another 45 minutes
