Baked Beans
2 Slices of Bacon Diced
1 S Onion Diced
1 Bell Pepper Diced
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 tsp Igotchu Citrus Chipotle Seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu Chili Seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu Himalayan Salt and Pepper
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T BBQ Sauce
2 T Ketchup
1 T Mustard
1 T Brown Sugar
2- 22 oz. Cans Baked Beans
2 Slices Bacon Cut in Half for Topping
In large cast iron skillet place diced bacon over medium heat. Cook bacon until crisp and remove with slotted spoon. Add onion, green pepper and garlic to bacon grease in skillet, stirring often, until vegetables soften about 5 minutes. Stir in Igotchu citrus chipotle, Igotchu chili powder and Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper. Cook stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in apple cider vinegar, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard and brown sugar until combined. Stir in Undrained baked beans and bring mixture to a boil and turn off heat. Place uncooked bacon on top of beans and transfer to oven for 35 to 45 minutes
