Baked King Crab Legs
1 Lb king crab legs
4 T butter melted
3 cloves of garlic minced
½ tsp Igotchu garlic lovers seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu onion lovers seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu cajun creole seasoning
½ tsp Igotchu seafood seasoning
Lemon cut into wedges to serve
Thaw king crab legs in the refrigerator overnight or for a quick method, place in a colander and run cold water over for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the crab legs in half with kitchen shears so the flesh of the crab is visible. Place crab legs into an oven safe pan or baking sheet. Add melted butter, minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and all Igotchu seasonings to a small bowl and mix well. Brush crab legs with butter mixture coating all sides. Reserve any butter mixture for serving.
Place crab legs into a preheated oven until heated through. Serve with butter sauce and remaining lemon
