Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken

1 whole chicken cut into pieces

1  lemon 

1 cup of whipped butter

1 small onion chopped

6 cloves of garlic minced

2 tsp Igotchu lemon garlic pepper seasoning

1 tsp Igotchu citrus chipotle seasoning

Cut the whole chicken into 8 pieces and wash under cool running water, drain in a colander. Roll 1 large lemon and squeeze out all of the juice making sure to remove seeds. To a large gallon bag add the lemon juice, melted whipped butter, chopped onion, minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of Igotchu lemon garlic pepper seasoning. Mix well and add cut up chicken to the gallon bag and seal. Place in the refrigerator 1 hour or overnight.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Remove marinated chicken and place in an 11 x 13 baking dish skin side up. Pour remaining marinade over chicken and season chicken with 1 teaspoon of Igotchu lemon garlic pepper and 1 teaspoon of Igotchu citrus chipotle seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour
