Fried Fish
2 Trout Filets or favorite fish
1 C Cornmeal
½ C All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Igotchu Seafood Seasoning
Vegetable Oil
Heat oil in deep fryer or heavy pan to 340 degrees. Wash filets under cold water and set aside. In medium bowl mix cornmeal, flour and Igotchu seafood seasoning together. Coat filets well on both sides shaking off excess and add to hot oil. Fry filets for 5 minutes until golden brown.
