Fried Plantains 4 L very ripe plantains 1 ½ cups vegetable oil or deep fryer ½ tsp Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper seasoning Preheat a deep fryer or oil in a heavy pan to 350 degrees. Peel ends off of plantains. Peel and cut into 1 inch pieces.Place plantains into heated oil and fry until golden brown on each side 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and serve
