Grilled Salmon
4- 6 oz. Salmon Filets
½ tsp. Igotchu Himalayan Salt and Pepper
½ tsp Igotchu Lemon Garlic Pepper
1 T Olive Oil
Season salmon filets on each side with Igotchu himalayan salt and pepper and Igotchu lemon garlic pepper.
Heat stove top grill, griddle over medium high heat and oil well with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place salmon filets
skin side down and for 4 minutes without moving. Carefully flip salmon filets and lower heat to medium and cook
until done for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon
